Energy Management System (EMS) (or) Power Management System (PMS) is a suite of energy management software tools used to monitor, control, and optimize the performance of generation and transmission systems. This intelligent energy management software control system is designed to reduce energy consumption, improve the utilization of the system, increase reliability, and predict electrical system performance as well as optimize energy usage to reduce cost. Energy Management System applications use real-time data such as frequency, actual generation, tie-line load flows, and plant units’ controller status to provide system changes.

We provide Production Monitoring system comprises of an industrial PC running Windows XP/Vista, linked to the factory floor via a standard Controller and various Industrial I/O. All the data is displayed on the monitor in real time for process control and is routinely saved for tractability in formats that can be easily imported into Microsoft Office or Lotus applications.
